Hi, I was just wondering what the times were for auditions for “Sanders Family Christmas”. I know they’re this Mon. and Tues. but at what time do they begin and end? I would appreciate the reply. Thanks!
Would like to interview the director and cast of Greater Tuna for the January issue of Gumbo. Having difficulty reaching anyone by phone. Please contact via e-mail with availability. Thanks so much.

I was wondering how to sign up to learn about future audition days…
Right now, the best way to get alerts about upcoming auditions is by checking http://www.thibodauxplayhouse.org often or by joining our Facebook group. We send out messages via Facebook to group members alerting them of auditions, performances, etc.
Could you please inform me when the auditions for “Annie” will be? Even if not exact dates around when if possible. Thank you Helen Delhaye

Please send me info about the upcoming plays’ auditions, namely Curious Savage and Annie. My daughter is a thespian and might want to try out for one of these shows. She is 17.
Thank you very much.
Theatrically yours, Cathy Schaff

Hi! I was just wondering if you have plays for young (8th grade) male actors from the end of May to the begining of August. Thanks!
We do have our Children’s Theatre Workshop coming up during the summer. I’ll be sure to post more information soon.
I wanted to find out what play will be offered this summer for the children to take part in. Two years ago, my daughter was in Pocahanus. Is there a play this June?
I will find that out for you and post the information on the Children’s Theatre soon.
Hola! I was wondering if there were any plays or auditions available for a future 9th grader at THS. (moving) I’ve always been interested in acting ever since i was a little girl, now I’m sure i would like to take part in this. Please write back with some helpful answers, i would very much appreciate it; thanks!
Interested in season tickets
Season tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth during any show or by calling 985-446-1896.
I was wondering that at the audition do you have to memorize lines from a play, or do you get a script from the play to act out on.
You’ll be given sides from the play to read when you get to the audition and depending on the director, you may be asked to do some improv. For musicals, you should have a song prepared but again, the sides themselves will be provided. Hope to see you at auditions!
Since I would like to audition for Never Get Smart With Angel play, I would be grateful to know whether I have to memorize some lines from a play already written. Please email me with more information at kimdomangue@yahoo.com.
How old do I have to be to audition for a play at the Thibodaux Playhouse? I do theater with my school but I want to go outside of that too.
We don’t have an age limit for people who want to audition. There are times that a cast only calls for older actors and other times, we have spots for younger actors. It really depends on the show. We also do a Childrens’ Summer workshop for children 8-16 which is a good way to start out in the theatre. Hope this helps!
Hi. I was wondering if there were any programs for teens more along the lines of prop making and stage helps?
Hello, again! A friend was telling me about doing a show with the Thibodaux Playhouse this summer, and he suggested that I be an intern, I think? If I’ve got that right, what does that entail? What are the requirements? I’m fifteen and extremely passionate about working in whichever department I’m needed the most. Thanks!
Theatrically yours,
Sam
I was wondering if there is any information about the Putnam spelling be musical. I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
